Another Valentine's Day Card

I made a whole batch of these to give to my staff at work for their partners.  They were thrilled.  I kept them really simple and used one of new sale-a-bration sets - Sprinkled Expressions.

Ribbon:  1/2" (1.3 cm) Seam Binding Ribbon Cherry Cobbler
Punches:  1" (2.5cm) Square Punch and Postage Stamp Punch
Embossing Folder:  Framed Tulips
